30 min Yoga for Unwinding Tension | Slow Flow
A 30 minute stretching practice to wind down and twist out some of those deeper held tensions in the body that can build up after a busy day or week. Working by slowly and gently warming up the total body and then building heat and intensity with rejuvenating yoga postures and purifying yoga movement and flow.
